This petition is filed to condone the delay of 367 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard Mr.G.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners and Mr.K.Ragatheesh Kumar, learned counsel, who entered as caveator for the respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, taking into consideration that the respondent has got no objection, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 367 days, however, on payment of costs. 4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench 2/3
