ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks early disposal of the case pending trial in H.M.O.P.No.235 of 2013 on the file of the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.H.M.O.P.No.235 of 2013 has been moved by the petitioner seeking divorce and dissolution of marriage. Record of proceedings would reveal that the same had been unduly protracted by the respondent by filing various interlocutory applications. Record of proceedings on 14.08.2016 informs this: "I.A.283/2014, 396/2014, 8/2015 are pending. Petition for adjournment filed by respondent and petition in I.A.No.396/2013 are dismissed with cost. Memo filed by petitioner that Tr.O.P.116/15 and Tr.O.P.117/15 were dismissed by Honourable Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli on 06.08.2015. Memo recorded. Advocate for respondent Thiru. T.K.J.Marshall raised this voice and hands. It is contempt of Court proceedings. He is purposely disturbing the Court proceedings. Council of Tamil Nadu for taking action against him. I.A.Nos.7/15, 8/15, 283/2014 are pending. Call on 24.08.2015."

In the result, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Revision Petition and the Additional Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli is directed to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No. 235 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible and not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
