RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl MP(MD)No.6534 of 2020 in Crl A(MD)No.495 of 2019 dated 21/12/2020.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.VANCHINATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.RAVI, Standing counsel for the Government on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM.,J) This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6534 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.495 of 2019, dated 21.12.2020.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.While granting Suspension of Sentence in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6534 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.495 of 2019, dated 21.12.2020, the Petitioner was directed to stay at Pudukkottai and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukkottai daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

CRL MP(MD) No.4569 of 2021 4.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the State appearing for the respondent that the Petitioner has complied with the condition from 10.1.2021 to 11.5.2021. It is also stated that in view of Covid situation, the condition could not be complied with thereafter. In respect of A2 and A3, the condition imposed on them has already been modified.
5.In the light of the above facts, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Committal Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month until further orders. 6.This Petition is ordered accordingly.
