RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in the order of anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 8444/2021 dated 28.06.2021 in which instead of directing the Petitioner to appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., it may be modified directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.KESAVAN.A., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8444 of 2021 dated 28.06.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 28.06.2021 with a condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner is a Secondary Grade Teacher and working at Polambakkam Union Middle School, Kanchipuram District and residing at Madhuranthangam, Chengalpatti District, hence she is unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. Therefore he seeks modification of the said conditions.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the condition imposed on the petitioner directing to appear before respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. The petition is ordered accordingly.
