ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, to direct the respondents to pay him arrears of difference in pension from 01.04.2015 to April, 2019 in terms of G.O(Ms)No.146, Transport (C) Department, dated 30.11.2015 with interest at the rate of 6% per annum.

2.The brief facts of the case are as follows: The petitioner joined the first respondent Corporation as Junior Assistant with effect from 03.09.1979 and after periodical promotion, reached the level of Superintendent and retired from service on 30.06.2009. Thereafter, he made a representation to the respondents on 20.01.2021 seeking to revise the scale of pay in terms of G.O.Ms.No.146 Transport (C) Department, dated 30.11.2015 and to pay new pension along with arrears. Since no orders have been passed in the said representation, the petitioner has come to this Court with this Writ Petition.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that it would be suffice if a direction is given to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in the light of the above G.O.Ms.No.146 Transport (C) Department, dated 30.11.2015. 4.The learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 would state that the representation of the petitioner would be considered within a reasonable time.
5.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents 1 and 2, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.01.2021, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.146 Transport (C)Department, dated 30.11.2015, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
