*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenu, namely, Sureshkumar, S/o.Harihara Subramanian, aged about 27 years, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

2. The detenu appeared before the second respondent police on his own volition and is present before us. He informs that owing to misunderstanding between him and his father, he had left the parental home and that now, he is willing to go to his parental home. is present in Court and who is agreeable for the same.
