This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to produce the persons or bodies of the detenues namely Packialakshmi, W/o.Gopalakrishnan, aged about 30 years and children namely Aparna aged about 11 years, Hanisga, aged about 10 years, daughters of Gopalakrishnan, before this Court and set them at liberty.

H.C.P.(MD) No.630 of 2020 3.It is alleged by the petitioner that his wife Packialakshmi along with two minor children eloped with the fourth respondent Bala.
4.Today, the detenue/wife of the petitioner along with minor children appeared before this Court through video conferencing. On enquiry, it is stated that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the detenue and hence, she is living with the fourth respondent Bala.
