O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to disburse the various amounts that are due and payable to the petitioner for the works that have already been completed by the petitioner.

2. When the mater was taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate circulated the written instructions received from the respondent and submitted that the amount due and payable to the petitioner will be disbursed within a period of two weeks.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
