This Civil Revision petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the learned Additional district Munsif, Madurai Town, to expedite an Interlocutory Application in RCOP.No.69 of 2009 and dispose of the same within a stipulated period of time.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
