PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.4 & 5 herein to initiate and conclude the enquire as per Sec.17A(1) of Prevention of Corruption Act and DVAC Manual and take appropriate actions against the 6th respondent and other accused persons by considering petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2023 in light of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.22 of 2024.

This Writ Petition has been filed directing the respondent No.4 & 5 herein to initiate and conclude the enquire as per Sec.17A(1) of Prevention of Corruption Act and DVAC Manual and take appropriate actions against the 6th respondent and other accused persons by considering petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2023 in light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.22 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submits that after the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.22 of 2024 dated 03.01.2024, the Principal Secretary to Government granted sanction to conduct the preliminary enquiry. The department also received the communication. 2/4

3. The fifth respondent is directed to complete the preliminary enquiry within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
