Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to remove the constructions put up by the respondents 6 and 7 by encroaching into the pubic street in survey number 894/21,A, Vallalapatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District by surveying the properties in survey number 894/19, 894/20, 894/22 and 894 / 23.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.CHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- We do not find any reason to grant leave to the petitioner to file the Review Petition.
