This Writ Petition has been filed, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to provide the petitioner a permanent suitable alternative employment with continuity of service and all other attendant benefits by taking note of the report of the medical board, his disability and his educational qualification, in accordance with U/s.47(1) of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 and further directing to pay him wages for the period from 13.04.2006 to 23.07.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. By consent of both parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice, if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue involved, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.03.2015, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording the Petitioner an opportunity of being heard. If on a specified date the Petitioner does not appear for personal hearing, orders may be passed on merits based on the available records after recording the absence of the party/Parties.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
