Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LOUIS S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2832 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD) No.133 of 2023, dated 16.02.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
