ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to provide police protection to the petitioner's life, limb and the enjoyment of the property in Survey Numbers 1, 1A, 1B, 1A, 1A, 2A, 1A, 1A and 1A in Sankarapuram Village, Sakkottai Union, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District on the basis of the representation, dated 30.05.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is in enjoyment of the property and the third respondent is interfering in the possession and the third respondent assaulted the petitioner. The petitioner filed a complaint on 24.05.2022 and prayed the respondents 1 and 2 to give her protection to enjoy the property.

3. It is seen that there is no Court order in favour of the petitioner. Only civil dispute is pending between the parties.

4. In the above circumstances, this Court is not inclined to order police protection for enjoyment of the property. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
