IN CRIME NO. 172 OF 2020 ... RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court dated 01.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 5462 of 2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JERIN MATHEW, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5462 of 2020 on 01.06.2020. 2.Earlier this Court, by an order dated 01.06.2020 granted bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Cantonment Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Thereafter, the above said condition has been modified on 12.06.2020 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3214 of 2020, the petitioner shall stay at Tirupur and report before the Palanjipalayam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Now seeking further modification, the second application has been filed.

CRL MP(MD) No.4416 of 2020 4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 18.06.2020 and the investigation is substantially completed. 5.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 14/09/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
