ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that an FIR was registered as against the mother of the petitioner in Crime No.15 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 IPC. But in the guise of enquiry, the respondents entered into the premises of the College Guest house on 25.05.2022 at about 12.30 p.m and harassed the petitioner and prayed for an order of not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

3. On the side of the respondents police, it is stated that the Principal of the College has filed a complaint against the mother of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.9923 of 2022 the petitioner in Crime No.15 of 2022 under Sections 406 and 420 IPC. The respondent went to the College in search of the petitioner's mother, immediately the petitioner has filed this petition and there is no merit in the petition.

4. Heard both sides.

5. It is seen that there is a complaint against the mother of the petitioner. In the above circumstances, the respondents police are hereby directed not to physically harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. At the same time, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the respondents police for enquiry.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
