Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.KALAIYARASI BHARATHI, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 11.06.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5978 of 2020, directed the petitioners 2 to 4 to appear and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vilathikulam, within a period of eight weeks. According to the petitioners, due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioners were not able to appear before the Magistrate concerned, within the stipulated time and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

CRL MP(MD) No.4417 of 2020 Court vide order dated 11.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5978 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today, subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- [Rupees Two Thousand only] each to the credit of Karur Anbukarangal Society, No.25, Ganesh Nagar, Vennaimalai Nagar, Karur639 006 (The Indian Bank, Karur IB.
