Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 337 and 304 (ii) IPC in Crime No.276 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) strongly opposed for granting anticipatory bail by pointing out on account of drunken driving of the petitioner, two persons lost their lives. 4.Taking note of the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
