ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the daughter of the petitioner is an Advocate. The first and second respondents are harassing the petitioner and they are trying to initiate the proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C and prayed the Court to pass an order against the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner.

3. On the side of the respondents police, it is stated that the petitioner is having eleven previous cases and H.S.R.No.27 of 2015 was maintained against the petitioner and proceedings under Section https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9933 of 2022 110 Cr.P.C are to be initiated against the petitioner and the petitioner has not co-operate for the enquiry.

4. The petitioner is hereby directed to co-operate with the respondent police for enquiry and the second respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner physically during the enquiry and to enquire the matter in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
