ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the respondents 3 and 4.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner as against the fourth respondent and others, enquiry is undertaken in CSR No.336 of 2021 and based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.337 of 2021 and during the enquiry, it was found that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is purely civil in nature, based on which, both the complaints are closed on 05.07.2021.

3. It is seen that in the petition, the petitioner has wrongly mentioned the name of the fourth respondent as P.Chandra, but, her actual name is P.Sangeetha. This mistake is placed on record and there is no dispute with regard to the identity of the fourth respondent.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration or for direction in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
