O R D E R
At the outset, this Writ Petition deserves to be dismissed on the ground that the same is not maintainable, in view of the law laid down by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., v. the Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2 Adyar Police Station, Chennai and another reported in 2016(5) CTC 577.

2. However, it is the grievance of the petitioners that Anitha, Sub-Inspector of Police, has not acted upon the complaint given by the petitioner and, therefore, action should be taken against the said Anitha, Sub-Inspector of Police.
3. In this regard, the Superintendent of Police has conducted an enquiry and has filed a counter stating that on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and there was no cause of action to say that there was acts of land grabbing. He has also stated that the allegation against Anitha, Sub-Inspector of Police is false. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
