CRL MP(MD) No.5094 of 2024 3.Considering the said submission and nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1771 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court for all hearings in C.C.No.89 of 2023 till the disposal of the case.
