O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner to issue a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondent and his officials and subordinates from interfering into the petitioner's profession as Medical Practitioner in Indian Alternative Allopapthic Medicine system, except under due process of law.

2. Apprehending harassment at the hands of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with the Writ Petition.

3. In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, it has been stated that no disturbance, no interference was made by the police authority in any manner in carrying the professional work by the petitioner and the respondent also has not suspected his profession in any manner. The document and records submitted by the petitioner disclose that all are genuine, legal and valid. The petitioner alone suppressed his own statement to the Sub-Inspector of Police, Koomapatti and filed his veracious petition and the same is to be dismissed.

4. In view of the same, apprehension of the petitioner is misconceived. The counter affidavit filed by the respondent is recorded and the Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No Costs.
