This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that after receipt of the representation from the petitioner, they conducted enquiry and registered a case in Crime No.58 of 2025. Therefore, the representation of the petitioner was also considered and this petition becomes infructuous.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and also the petitioner's representation was considered and the respondents also registered FIR, no further order is required in this case.

4. Recording the submission of the Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side), this Writ Petition is closed.
