Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings G.O.D.No.332 Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MC6) Department, dated 14.08.2018 and consequential impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings Ma.Ne.1/07956/2018 dated 16.08.2018 and quash the same as illegal and without jurisdiction.

O R D E R

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Advocate General producing G.O.(2D).No.72, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MC-VI) Department, and G.O(D) No.358, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MC-6) Department, dated 05.09.2018, submitted that the respondents have withdrawn the deputation on transfer issued to the petitioner and also placing him under suspension.

2.Recording the submission of the Additional Advocate General, since the impugned order in this writ petition has been recalled and in view of the further development of the aforesaid G.Os, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No cost. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
