PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.77 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.05.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 397 and 506(ii) IPC, seeks bail.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after the presentation of this petition only, the aforesaid order has been passed.
