Respondents/Respondents Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli to expedite trial and to fix a time frame for the disposal of the above said Succession O.P.No.2 of 2017. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 27.08.2018 and requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, vide letter in D.No.2995/22, dated 31.03.2022, this Court made the following order:- By order dated 27.08.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of S.O.P.No.2 of 2017 within a period of three months.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.2995/2022 dated 31.03.2022, whereby and whereunder, stating some reasons, it requested further time to dispose of S.O.P.No.2 of 2017 along with O.S.No.215 of 2017, 101 of 2019, 102 of 2019 and 217 of 2019.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below, a further time of six months is granted from today to comply with the order dated 27.08.2018.
