O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey and mark four boundaries of the petitioner's property. The petitioner has made an application on 10.02.2025 in this regard.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that though patta stands mutated jointly, there is no objection for survey to be conducted based on the petitioner's application and hence, given sufficient time, the respondents would proceed to dispose of the petitioner's survey application.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent with the assistance of the 2nd respondent to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's survey application, dated 10.02.2025, after putting on notice and any other 2/4

interested parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
