O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.705 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is in progress and two months time may be granted for filing a final report.

3.Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report, within a period of two months before the concerned Judicial Magistrate from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
