Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam to expedite the hearing in I.A.No.3 of 2025 in I.A.No.228 of 2015 in O.S.No.684 of 2009 and dispose the suit on merits as may be fixed by this Court within the time framed fixed.

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.3 of 2025 in I.A.No.228 of 2015 in O.S.No.684 of 2009 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 20.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam. He has sent a report dated 20.05.2026 stating that he will dispose of O.S.No.684 of 2009 within a period of nine months. Consequently, the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam is requested to dispose of O.S.No. 684 of 2009 within a period of nine (9) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
