Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertains to impugned order of the first respondent in proceedings in File No.2019/0105/14/030034 dated 24.08.2020 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional, consequently direct the respondents to carry out survey and demarcate the petitioner's property comprised in S.Nos.917/2A and 917/2C, admeasuring of 2.40 Acres of punja land, situated in Panchamadevi Village, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District and issue patta on the name of petitioner thereon, within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has become infructuous, since patta has now been granted to the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.
