ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH,J.) By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The short point raised in this Writ Petition relates to the grievance expressed by the petitioner in respect of non-consideration of his representation dated 28.07.2017. A Division Bench of this Court, by order dated 07.07.2017, specifically directed the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2017 on merits, after issuing notice to the alleged encroachers within a period of four months.
https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Pursuant thereto, a representation dated 28.07.2017 was filed by the petitioner before the respondents seeking compliance
of the direction issued by this Court on 07.07.2017. The aforesaid representation dated 28.07.2017 appears to have been forwarded by the first respondent to the second respondent under the cover of communication dated 20.08.2017 with a request for early action thereupon, a copy of which has been marked to the petitioner herein.
4. Admittedly, no action has been taken on either representation filed by the petitioner.
5.Mr.M.Jeya Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that necessary action to dispose of the representation will be taken within one month.
6. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed directing the second respondent to pass orders on representations dated 27.03.2017 and 28.07.2017 after hearing the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
