ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner reports that the person, for whom, the Medical Board was sought to be constituted, has unfortunately passed away on 11.04.2025. Hence, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
