ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based upon the complaint given by the 3rd respondent against this petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.218 of 2021 and during the enquiry, the 3rd respondent has given an undertaking to settle the matter at the village level and she has also stated that no further action is required upon the complaint and on that ground, the complaint was closed on 24.06.2021.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration or direction in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
