PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the alleged complaint given by the third respondent herein, and direct the third respondent to work out his remedy before Family Court, as the complaint disclosed only a matrimonial dispute.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner. 2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first and second respondents.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by Sivasakthi @ Jeyashree against the petitioner, a petition enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R. No.318 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent police and after conducting enquiry, the same has been closed by the respondent police.
