ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Section 420 of I.P.C in Crime No.514 of 2017 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner's son appears to be involved in grave crime of robbery. Stolen jewels were pledged by the petitioner and loan was raised from the de facto complainant institution. 3.The conduct of the petitioner cannot be condoned. The petitioner fully aware that the pledged jewellery does not belong to her and had committed the said act.

4.The respondent Police is directed to register a case under Section 411 I.P.C against the petitioner.

5.With this direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
