O R D E R

This petition is filed to issue a direction to the third respondent police not to harass or ill-treat the petitioner, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 01.07.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that enquiry was undertaken, on the basis of the complaint, given by the fourth respondent herein and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner herein, appeared before the Enquiry Officer and gave an undertaking to the effect that he will not make any trouble and disturbance to the fourth respondent herein. 3. Since the complaint, given by the fourth respondent was closed, based upon the undertaking given by the petitioner, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. If any violation is noticed, action may be initiated against the petitioner.
