Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.ANAND R., Advocate for the petitioners, while admitting the Civil Revision Case, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court in connection with the case in S.T.C.No.1266 of 2023, pending on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur, Sivagangai District pending the disposal of the main Criminal Revision Case.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the same is ordered accordingly.
