PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.95 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners /A6 and A7 who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.03.2023 for the offences under sections 394 and 397 of IPC in Crime No.95 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 15.03.2023 at about 2.45 a.m., while the defacto complainant drove the lorry bearing Reg.No. TN 76 AV 2216 and reached near Kamatchipuram Bus stop four unidentified persons aged about 30- 35 years old wearing monkey cap and covering their hand with gloves came in a innova car behind of him and quarreled with him with regard to not give way to them. While the defacto complainant stopped the lorry the accused persons entered into the lorrry attacked him with iron rod and stolen Rs.11,50,000/- in the tools box and Rs.15,000/- from his pant pocket, hence the case.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. It is seen that all the accused persons conspired together and robbed a sum of Rs.11,50,000/- from the lorry. It is also seen that the seventh accused is the cleaner of the same lorry and he only informed the other accused the way in which the lorry is coming. He also informed them about the cash kept in the lorry. All the accused persons have committed very serious offence and they were arrested and remanded to judicial custody only on 17.03.2023 hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
