ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks early disposal of the case pending trial in Trust O.P.No.1 of 2014 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of the case and the Court before which the same is pending, this Court is not inclined to give a direction as prayed for by the petitioner and hence, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No Costs.
