PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to implement the order in Crmp:771/2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate II, Sivaganagai, dated 23.03.2022.

The present Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to implement the order in Crmp:771/2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate II, Sivaganagai, dated 23.03.2022.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had filed a private complaint under Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code before the Judicial Magistrate II, Sivagangai which was taken on the file in Crmp.771 of 2022 and then forwarded the complaint to the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Sivagangai to register the case and investigate the same and submitted a report on or before 06.04.2022. In spite of that they have not completed the investigation and forwarded the report to the Judicial Magistrate II.

W.P(MD)No.11018 of 2022 (*)"3.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the respondent police need further time for completing the investigation. Considering his request, the second respondent is hereby directed to register the FIR and to complete the investigation within a period of two weeks and forwarded the investigation report to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai''.
4. With these observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
