This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to conduct fair investigation by including the real accused in Crime No.33 of 2018 and to file the final report within the stipulated time.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, investigation has been concluded, the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, on 03.06.2024, through E-filing No.LTN 20220002323 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is having any grounds.
