RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 312 days in filing the present Civil Miscellaneous appeal against fair and decreetal order dated 02.06.17 made in M.C.O.P.No.64 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Vehicles Accident Claims Chief Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur and thus render justice.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.E.ILANGO, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.KARUNANIDHI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 312 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.
3.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the delay of 312 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) to Mr.R.Karunanidhi, learned counsel for the respondents, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
