2. The petitioner seeks supply of electricity for the petition mentioned brick chamber. It appears that the petitioner is a proprietary concern.
3. The learned Standing counsel states that subject to fulfillment of the usual formalities electricity service connection will be provided in the name of the applicant within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
