ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent No.2 to file the final report in Crime No.97 of 2013 dated 01.09.2013 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is in progress and two months time may be granted for filing a final report.

3.Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report, within a period of two months before the concerned Judicial Magistrate from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
