ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 01.09.2013 at Periyakulam Thenkarai Jamma Masjid Mosque. The respondent is working as a Court staff, at Chengalpet. The marital relationship between the parties appears to have come under strain. Therefore, the petitioner filed M.C.No.9 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam. The respondent filed O.S.No.75 of 2018 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Tambaram, seeking certain reliefs.

2. The petitioner is not employed and is now placed in Periyakulam. It would cause immense hardship to the petitioner to travel to Tambaram and to defend the proceedings instituted by the respondent.

3. In the view of the matter, O.S.No.75 of 2018 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Tambaram, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the learned District Munsif, Periyakulam. The learned District Munsif, Periyakulam, shall issue fresh notice to the respondent intimating the hearing date.

4. With these directions, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
