ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 353 and 430 I.P.C, in Crime No.86 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.
3.In this case as many as 11 lorries were involved in a single occurrence. This Court has already dismissed the petition for anticipatory bail to the co-accused. Taking note of the grave allegations made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
