The present civil revision petition stands disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case considering the fact that no adverse orders proposed to be passed against the respondents.

2. The petitioners are the defendants before the Trial Court. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the arguments on behalf of the plaintiff and the defendants have been recorded. However, no judgment and decree has been passed in O.S.No.548 of 2016 by the Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town.

3.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, there shall be a direction to the Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town to dispose O.S.No. 548 of 2016 preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of a receipt of copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs..
