O R D E R

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P(MD) No. 24984 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that sufficient protection is given to the petitioner. Insofar as the action to be initiated against the concerned Inspector of Police, an Enquiry Officer in the cadre of Additional Deputy Superintendent of Police, Cyber Crime was appointed. On enquiry, it was found that the complaint was false. Accordingly, the proceedings initiated against the concerned Inspector of Police was closed.
