ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police, not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint dated 05.06.2018 given by fourth respondent against the petitioners in CSR No.110 of 2018, the respondent police have conducted an enquiry and the same has been closed. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.
